Only flying a kite - perhaps: Templates contain printer settings, and if it's set as above in a template, and if it's your default template ... then this problem will appear every time you're opening a new document or a document based on this template ... (or with templates based on the causal template) ... Please check the settings in your template(s) - and (if need be) correct it, save and manage it new.
