I would be very much thankful to you , if u could help/ provide information how to use converstion to time value like for eg: i will be entering normal time recording value, after suming up couple of calls i suppose to get total talking time value i.e nuerical to time convesion this convertion will helps me to keep the interest continues usage of spread sheet and it will be very much help for those who are smilar kind of job
If I understand the problem. You have 2 time values - time the conversation started (eg, 10.25am) and time the conversation ended (eg, 10.36am). You want to obtain the total talk time (eg, 11 minutes). You can do this in calc. You simply have to format the cells (or columns) for both the start and end times as 'time', then simply subtract one from the other..
