So you have a 64 bit processor that you dual boot with Linux and
Vista? In this case you simply download the applicable install file
and away you go.
OOo will work on Vista just fine and the next release of OOo will
contain more specific enhancements for Vista integration....

Of course, if you want OO on both Operating Systems, you will need to
install the Windows version on Vista and the Linux version on Linux.
