Hello

Okay when I open the file and see the 12 other files and click on setup it asks
me to choose a program e.g. Modify repair remove and so I choose modify because
that seems to be the best option then I have to choose from all the options so
I choose Writer and it downloads and says finish, but nothing else happens, I
then load the other options Calc and draw, same thing I do not get the screens
about licenses and user name that are in the document you sent me.

I went to your website and clicked on download and that is what took 35 mins
after that I got the folder on my desktop and I have clicked on all the folders
in there and they download and that takes a few seconds SO I am still stuck
