dear office org when i send an attachment to another computer as in the form of an email if the other com has microsoft word it dosent recognise the the attachment so there for cannot open it why is this p gibson
You need to make sure that when you send a document to someone that doesn't have OOo that it is in a format that they can understand. If the user has MS office, then try file > send > email as MS word ... this will mean that the attachment is converted to .doc format when sending.
