A record can be kept on changes made in a document.
Use Edit > Changes and make sure Record is selected. You might also
want to select Show changes under Edit > Changes. When you have the
document exactly the way you want it, you can use the Accept or
Reject option under Edit > Changes. When using this feature, all
changes that are recorded remain part of the document until you use
Accept or Reject function. This is true even if the file is saved
several times before you accept or reject the changes.
