Hello,
I have a similar question to that put by Alain. I have just downloaded
OOo2.2 and want to clean up the folders from earlier installations. I
am running Windows XP and want to know if I can safely send the
following folders to the Recycle Bin.
In Program Files I have two folders called OpenOffice.org 2.0 and
OpenOffice.org 2.1 in addition to the latest OpenOffice.org 2.2. Can
I safely delete the first two?
In a folder that I use to locate files when I download them I also
have further three folders of installation files and also the
application files that were downloaded with each new version. Can I
safely delete all of these? I never know when I download updates to
any programs what I can get rid of from previous updates.
Thanks,
Margaret North

Under OS X, all you have to do to delete a version is drag "N" drop
2.1 into the trash, and it's gone
