[users] [moderated] I am using version 2.2 and cannot open the applications

I've downloaded the software and installed it using the wizzard and have also 
updated Java.  However the only files that I have are container files.  My PC's 
running on Windows XP and I made sure I downloaded the version with respect to 
my OS, however when I double click on the application "instmsia" and "instmsiw" 
they both say "wrong OS or OS version for application." and apart from them I 
only have the setups, readmes, licenses, the java folder and the container 
files.  Please help!  Thankyou
