I have her book, and have looked over the site before. The screenshots she has available are what I am experiencing. Everything is shift to the right. Within "EDIT" mode, I am unable to satisfactorily nor easily, get all fields to move left the 2 inches, required, to look similar to a spreadsheet printout.
