My problem is when I attempt to generate a report. Everything is fine through Steps 1 - 4, until I get to the point "Step 5", I can either select "Choose Layout" The layout of the report is shifted RIGHT about 2 inches from the left margin. If I select "NEXT" to proceed to Step 6, and I choose edit, I am unable to get the fields I have selected;
