Recently, I’m writing an English reference (high school level), and I need to

ic sign(IPA alphabet). But I can’t find it in font box in Openoffice2.1.
I found it in Microsoft office word 2007(but I don’t have “word 2007”, I just
used “offi
ce 2007 trial version” then), and it had “SIL sophia IPA”.
My English teacher taught me that this website can help me to dawnload IPA
alphabet and to u
se it. But I don’t know what system become to be made.
I want to use IPA alphabet in Openoffice. Please tell me the way to use IPA
