The only future changes to OOo 1.1.5 will be to plug critical security holes. There will not be an official OOo 1.1.6 release.
OOo 1.1.6 was proposed as an interim release, if, and only if OOo 2.0 was going to be delayed for a substantial period of time, after the OOo 1.1.5 release. ["Substantial" meaning at least 9 months, and probably closer to 18 months. OOo 1.1.5 was scheduled to be released after OOo 2.0.]
