I'm using open office 2.2--I just downloaded it. I'm a writer and am having trouble inserting page numbers onto documents. All I want it to do is have my name and the page number at the top of each page. The Help only showed me how to insert one page number at a time, instead of to the entire document. Also, I don't want the number to appear on the first page.
