"Untitled" is the name given to any new, un-saved document. What you need is a
default template with your preferences established within it. Create a document
with your preferences; save it as a template with a suitable name (Standard for
instance) by way of File>Templates>Save and then File>Templates>Organise will
allow you to select your new template and set it as your default.
