Why not go further, and modulize the download ?
One download for OO, another for JRE, another for PIM, and why not one for the
dictionaries of each language the user wants ?
And if only one language has downloaded, the install process configs OO in
that language, if not asks what language should be used for the interface ?
I notice my en-US download seems to have downloaded and installed, without
asking me, dictionnaries for Dutch, Estonian, Polish and Swahili (!) is this
really what the average user needs ?
