I took some HTML training a few years back but didn't put it to use.
And you're right, it's not that hard to learn.  I'll take your advice
and give SeaMonkey a try.  I just didn't want to spend a lot of time
and/or money on a web page and then be disappointed.  Thanks Tom.

This list is for OpenOffice users to get support. Occasionally  
conversation wanders to other useful, though usually open source  
software.
I wouldn't expect too much positive advice about Microsoft software.
I have heard that SeaMonkey will give you a better tool than OO for  
creating a whole site. Personally (but this is a biased view) I would  
recommend learning at least a little bit of HTML as well. It's pretty  
straight foward and you don't need to learn an awful lot to produce a  
good looking page.
