Hi,

I've got an issue with those textbox-objects that come with a connector-line. If you could provide the correct english word, was allready a step forward for me. ;)

OOo 2.2 has a popup with such things like a star and such where one can write descriptive text regarding other elements of the drawing.

I was actually fond of those old designs in OOo 1.x where one got just a simple textbox with a two segment line that came directly out of the textbox. If one gave it a line style with arrow head, it had just one arrow, which is the expected behaviour.

This marker-box got ripped out with OOo 2.x.

The new one that comes next to the old version is a textbox with 2 lines that are some distant away from the box. This is not really well accepted in our context, but the bigger problem is that I cant give the connector-line an arrow head since OOo adds the arrow to both lines like this <--------<-------- BOX

A second nag is that it seems the connector starts allways on the left side of the box even if I point the line to something to right of the box. The old design switched the startpoint of the line to the right whereas the new design draws the connector across the textbox. ... not nice ...

Well ... I have old OOo1 documents and could copy the oldstyle marker-box from there and OOo2 can
use it perfectly but this is a wee bit clumsy.

Is there a way to store the old thing in some user defined gallery within OOo2 ?
