While a database would be a much better solution, if you insist upon using CALC you
can use multiple worksheets to accomplish what you have asked for.I am attaching a Calc spreadsheet with the illustration you provided below. It is called JamesTest.ods to illustrate what can be done. Check out the formula in Sheet1
