How do you create a header with page numbers but instead of starting
Page #1 on the first page in the document, The Title Page, have it
start on Page #2, which would be the first page of the document?
Thanks,

Hello Aaron,
I think you might find it rather hard to do. OOo adheres to the
principle that left pages have even numbers and right pages have odd
numbers. You are basically trying to break this rule and OOo just does
not allow you to do it.
To be more precise you will probably find that OOo inserts a blank page
to restore the "rule" if you try to convert the document to .pdf or to
print it.
The user guide (http://www.oooauthors.org/) contains all the necessary
information to do what you want to do (I think you need chapter 6 of the
Writer guide, but I am not sure).
Cheers,
Michele
