If you are using Linux, as it appears you are, are using a
command line and the "rpm" program as root to do this?
Installing should be done from within the RPMS folder using:
rpm -Ivh *.rpm (If you are updating, it should be rpm -Uvh *.rpm)
When using installing this way, "rpm" will look for each file it
needs from those in the folder. Core component 1 is one of those
files.
