Hi I have a WordTemplate that I need to use regularly. I have saved my Template to a removable disk. When ever I open my template using v2.2 Open Office I get the following error message (highlighted below) showing. Please also advise how I move between the fields. In Word I hit the F11 key. I assume your operating system is Windows of some kind. Does this removable disk get the same drive letter (such as E:\ etc) every time? If not I guess that kind of problem could occur. It is possible to reserve a drive letter to a specific drive and I have done that on my system, so that my external USB HDD always appears at X:\, my ogg player at I:\ and my GPS navigator at N:\ and so on. I also assume you mean a Writer template rather than a Word template, since I don't think a Word template will work in Writer, but maybe I'm wrong there. About Word's F11 (which in OpenOffice.org is for opening the Styles window), since I don't have Word (anymore), I don't know what F11 did. What kind of fields? Do you mean fields such as date, page number, bookmarks and things like that? Johnny Andersson
