[users] Just downloaded 2.2. Can't find the executable file. How do I start the program?

I know this is an incredibly dumb question, but .    I've just
downloaded and unpacked OpenOffice 2.2.  I'm probably looking right past
it, but I can't find the file to get it started.  Where is the <EXE> or
equivalent file that I can shortcut to my desktop and start Open Office?
