You should use character styles to be applied on the parts where language is
Spanish. Create a new style where you set the language as Spanish.
NB: you can also activate the option "Check in all languages" in
Tools>Options>Language settings>Writing Aids.

I've solved my preceding problems and unfortunately a new one has come.
When I perform a spellcheck OpenOffice starts making it in the default dictionary language (Italian in my case). When I try to switch the "Dictionary Language" to Spanish it just performs a one word/phase spellcheck and suddenly swtch back to the default language. The result would be me to stay switching dictionary per each word... which would be very boring, you know.
Do you have any solution for that?
