I used a program a while ago called FinePrint. It is free with some limitations. It can print to PDF, JPEG, TIFF and more. The limitation was that a "Purchase FinePrint"-line was printed at the bottom of the PDF, JPEG or whatever format you selected. That was not a problem when printing as JPEG etc, since I could just remove it with GIMP or any other Image Manilpulating software (however time consuming).
OT: Do you (any of you) happen to know if some of the already suggested programs also can print as JPEG etc? FinePrint had a bug they said they won't fix, after having a look at the problem for several months...
