I think I have installed the program, but maybe I'm wrong I have icons for
each f the componenets of OOo. When I click on any of them I get an error
message. "This spplication has failed to start because uwinapi.dll was not
found. Reinstalling the pplication may fix the problem."

I have reinstalled the program several times. I completely remove the
program and riinstalled it. I ran a repair module. I went to the site and
downloaded it again. It is putting that file in the wrong place and I do not
know where it should be.

I truly hate WIN XP64. MS said it would run 32 bit programs, but it is a
real pain to get anything to work.
