Dear Customer Support,

I have a 512Mb Windows XP Pro computer with Microsoft Office 2003 installed on
it already. Will installing OpenOffice onto my PC interfere with Office 2003,
or will having Office 2003 already installed inhibit my use of OpenOffice.

Short answer is 'no' to both. You can run various versions of OOo
alongside installs of MS Office.

You do need to be careful however which application you setup as
opening various files. When you install OOo you have the choice of
having OOo open MS Office files (eg, .doc, .xls) however if you don't
want this to be the case you just need to review your answers to these
questions.

Huh ?? Defender doesn't stop spyware (Webroot) ; firewall is only 50%
effective (Zdnet) ; UAC can be turned off and is annoying ; SP1 (incl
security reasons) due end of 2007...
