OpenOffice does not include PowerPoint.  It has a presentation
application called Impress, which has good, though not perfect
compatibility with PowerPoint.  Also, by the way I read your message, it
appears you paid someone for a link to download OpenOffice.  It is not
necessary to do that, as you can download it for free from
www.openoffice.org.
