What site did you download the product from?
I download it from openoffice.org and it is free.

Subject: [users] Charged for three downloads
Hello. My name is Franco Frangella. I downloaded your Open Office product
May 5th at approximately 3:35 am Pacific time. I had trouble downloading it.
I was reviewing my bank statement today and found that I was charged three
times for the download. I am happy with the product so far but I do not want
to be charged for three downloads when all I need is one. Please credit my
account for the two unused downloads and contact me to let me know this
situation has been rectified. Thank you
