Dear Sir,

I'm a new user of openoffice and i'm facing a problem
when i'm opening attached file in openoffice calc
which is not opened in require spreadsheets format,
whereas same file open in MS-Excel it's properly
opened as require spreadsheets format.

Kindly advice me what should i do.


Save the file with the extension .csv, then select OpenOffice to open it.
OOo will then prompt you to enter some information about the file so that is
can separate the records into the appropriate columns. Once done, it will
open in calc just as it would in Excel.
