I'm in contact with one off my prospects , they like to know what method
is used to get new version or updates for open
office .
Must they install the full new version at every updates or do you support
delta updates .

Currently only full installs are supported. That is, the full new version of
OOo must be installed each time.
The most popular method used to obtain OOo is through the download, however
there are some vendor that will happily send you a CD for a small price.
