Hello René Error 1935 is typical for anti-virus of firewall on Windows blocking the installation. What to do: disconnect internet cable or phone line -- disable anti-virus and firewall -- install OOo -- enable anti-virus and/or firewall -- reconnect to internet. That should do it.
