Sorry; the email you quoted was misleading.  I'm not asking for help 
implementing a locked-down version of OpenOffice.org.  I'm asking for help 
locating documentation on doing so.  I can then pass this on to the people who 
are dealing with the problem, which I am not.

Regarding what's meant by "locked down", see my previous mail in response to 
Dan Lewis.
