I would not recommend to delete these files.
You'll need them to repair OpenOffice.org (OOo) in some (seldom) cases.
And sometimes, by upgrading OOo and occuring difficulties - mostly
based on the Windows Installer msiexec -, you'll need the access to
openofficeorg22.msi, which is inside the folder.
Well, the desktop isn't the best place for this folder. You may find a
new place for these files or make a copy on CD ...
