Well, most small business do fail before their first anniversary, so
that's not surprising.
But I have to ask: am I really looking at that right when you say they
use it to "track" their marketing efforts?  Wouldn't you do that in
either Excel or Access?  Using Publisher seems like trying to use a
hammer to screw in a nut.
