Use Edit > Links. This opens a window with a list of the linked photos. Click one of the links to select it. Then use Control+a to hightlight all of them. Click the Break Link button. You will be asked if you want to break the selected link Click Yes. All the links will be erase, and the photos embeded into the file. Click Close.
