Let me make some assumptions and then build upon them. Perhaps
this will help.
Suppose the column for the General Income ledger column, and this
information begins in row 2. (That means it begins in cell B2 on this
sheet.) Suppose this sheet is sheet3. Suppose also that you want this
information duplicated in column C of the Sales Rep's commissions
beginning in row 2. (This is cell C2 on this sheet.) Suppose this
sheet is Sheet 5.
In the Sale Rep's commission sheet (Sheet5), click cell C2. Type
= into this cell. Then use the tabs at the bottom to go to the
General Income ledger sheet (Sheet 3) and click in cell B2. The
formula box at the top should have
=Sheet3.B2
Click the green check to the left of this formula, or use the Enter
key.
Go back to Sheet5 (Sales Rep's commissions). If C2 is not
highlighted, click it to highlight it. Notice the little square
hanging off the bottom right corner of that highlighted cell. Move
the cursor over this square and drag it down column C as far as you
need to. Now C3 is linked with B3 on the other sheet, and C4 is
linked with B4, etc.
