Isn't this practice--moderators copying unsubscribed queries to the
list--rather beyond what a mailing list/email client is designed to
handle, thus the awkwardness that people are experiencing?
It certainly is unique to my experience of using mailing lists for some
15+ years.
How do the mails get to the moderators?
Why aren't people simply required to join the list?
Would it be possible for the moderators to add a
CC: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
to the list message? Reply-All would pick that up no matter what.
