I'm trying to add some fonts exclusively to OOo and have followed the instruction on OOo Wiki. I've copied the fonts to
~/.openoffice.org2/user/fonts/ /opt/openoffice.org2.0/share/fonts/truetype/ /usr/lib/openoffice/share/fonts/truetype/ , the last path is the system font folder for OOo in Ubuntu 7.04. As I run "spadmin", I can see all the fonts that have been added. In OOo, however, the fonts only display in "Font Name" list on the tool bar but not anywhere else involving font format such as "Styles and Formatting" floating window. When I apply these fonts to the text, neither they display the way they are supposed to be. Can anyone suggest what may be missing to make this work? My system language is set to en_US.UTF-8. The fonts I'm trying to add include Western and CJK fonts.
