Okay, I'm kidding about that, but If you give us information only a
psychic can find out, we're going to charge psychic rates.  What you
should do is fill out the following:

1.  File location that you are downloading OpenOffice from.  To grab
this quickly, right-click on the link and copy the target, then post it
in your e-mail.
2.  Not only your operating system, but also any firewalls or anti-virus
programs you have running as sometimes these can block the download of
executables.
3. Any error messages you may have gotten (you might need to use a
screen capture program for that).


in any event, you also need to know that you have to run _two_
executables to install OpenOffice.  The first unpacks the files and
places them in a directory (usually your Desktop), but it does not
install it.   Once it has unpacked, you need to go into that newly
created directory and doubleclick on the Setup executable.
