Hi,
If I have a huge paragraph of emails going across the page, how do I get
them in a single, alphabetically sorted column with only one commaed email
in each row?

(The emails I have with peoples full names before the emails won't be on
this page).
Cheers Tom

Without specifics its hard to provide a solution. I assume that this
paragraph of email addresses is currently in writer (since you mentioned
paragraph). I also assume that there is a separator between email address
(eg, comma).

If this is the case, then do a find on the separator and replace with a line
break (\n) - when doing the replace make sure that you have regular
expressions selected.

This should put each email address on a single line. You can then copy these
into calc and sort using data > sort ...

If I'm way off mark reply with details and there will be someone that can
assist.

/paul
