First, you are not subscribed to the mail list so you may have missed
the previous responses to your question. There are answers on the list.
As for the download of OOo. I would get the latest version but I would
go to a local internet cafe or library and download it there if
possible. Another option is to talk to someone who has a high speed
connection and download it at their place.
If you want to download yourself, look at the mail list for some other
responses.
