Open openoffice and create a new shortcut. 2. Open Konqueror or whatever filemanager you use. 3. Goto the ~/.openoffice.org2 directory. 4. Sort the directories based on the most recently modified (instead of by name) 5. You should now find where openoffice stores its shortcuts among the most recently modified files. I could do all this myself but I didn't want to take away your fun of discovery.
