Hi Das

I just tried the extraction utility with another version of a somewhat
larger source file and it seemed to work. I don't know about accents, I
didn't see anything on a quick look. I thought it had worked earlier.
I'm currently using OOo 2.2 on a gentoo system.

Send me your dd.dic file - off list - and I'll have a look at it tomorrow.

I think the problem with the macro may be that it only deals with single
byte values, and (I am almost entirely ignorant here, so am completely
ready to be told I am wrong) ISO-8859-1 needs to cope with 2-byte values.
