Thank you for your response. I am familiar with Nvu and, in fact, was using it
before switching to OpenOffice. I prefer the 'feel' of OpenOffice when editing
web pages. I love OpenOffice and am just not ready to give it up as my web
editor, so for now I will use a combination of OpenOffice, Nvu and Notepad,
when necessary, and hope for improvements in the future.

Thank you again for clearing that up for me. As always, I look forward to the
next version.

Although Writer is quite good at simple web pages it is not really
intended as a fully fledged HTML creator. There are such programs
available for free. Nvu (www.nvu.com) is one. Composer in the Seamonkey
suite by Mozilla is another (www.mozilla.org).

Indenting in HTML is more complicated than most people think. There is a
discussion at http://www.blooberry.com/indexdot/html/topics/indent.htm
and another at http://goer.org/HTML/intermediate/align_and_indent/ which
might be of interest to you.
