I've been using OOo from before version 1, but I'm currently using
2.2.1 under linux (Debian testing).

I've upgraded OOo as updates have become available.

Recently I upgraded my computer- new machine, completely new install of
OS, new install of OO 2.2.0 which I have subsequently upgraded to
2.2.1.

During all these changes, a strange error message has started appearing
in OOo. It seems to occur at apparently random times, although most
often it happens when I first save a document in a session.

As far as I recall it only happens on the new machine and I can't
remember if it started with 2.2.1 or was there with 2.2.0

Here is the error message:

Error loading BASIC of document.
file:///opt/OpenOffice.org1.1.3/share/basic/WebWizard/script.xlb/:
General Error
General input/output Error

When I click OK the message box comes up again but then disappears
after clicking OK again.

I've checked Tools- Optiions-Paths but there is no reference
to /opt/OpenOffice.org1.1.3

I have never had 1.1.3 installed on this computer, so there is no
reason for there to be a /opt/OpenOffice.org1.1.3 directory.

The problem occurs with all kinds of documents whether produced with
2.2.1 or earlier versions (for example those in the old sxw format
which may heave been produced with OOo1.1.3)

Does anyone else experience this, or am I special?

Thanks
