Dear Sirs,

I downloaded your magnificent programme Open office.org 2.2.1 (from
Softpedia .com) but very unfortunately not in a position to open it
after the installation. I read your FAQs but I wish to inform you the
following so that you can kindly help me to use such a magnificent
programme.

1. I am using Windows XP with 80 GB hard disk.

2. The Java is already loaded in my computer.

3. After the download I find two icons - One for the installation and the
the other with a flying albatross on my desk top but not in the system tray
(as mentioned in one of your FAQs). And none of them show the customary
button with an arrow mark for opening.

4. Every time I try to open by clicking the flying albatross button the
installation set up dialog comes up (which is already done). I tried twice
that also but of no use.

5. I have no virus problem and it is protected and the computer is
cleaned  after I close my session everyday.

I shall be very much thankful if you kindly instruct me what to do. I am
not ashamed to confess that I am not a computer expert.

Warm regards.

Asit Chaudhuri
