Cannot understand why (a) it takes such a long time to download and
(b) it is cut off after 90 mins or so although not completed. I do have broadband so dial-up should not occur. Your help would be much appreciated as I believe this package to be exactly what I am looking for now I have just installed Windows XP 2000 Home. Thank you. Margaret Holland
