First, disable your caps lock key and throw it across the room.
Second, OpenOffice.org is freely copyable and distributable under the terms of
the  GNU Lesser General Public License (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LGPL).
Many vendors sell OpenOffice on CD and this is perfectly legal.  It's useful for
users with a slow/non-existent internet connection or users who need to install
it on multiple computers.

P.S.  Why has there been so many questions about this lately?
