The best solution for this problem is to create a macro you can invoke for 
inserting pictures. Create once, selecting the size and other properties — use 
forever.

of course I can set the size manually - but I'd like to set the size 
automatically.
Every time I paste a picture it should be scaled down to a presetted size.
Is that possible?
