Cool! Glad it worked. Can we now claim that the Savannah PD use OOo? :-) One other point; I found when importing a MS Doc with fill-in fields that sometimes a field may not get marked as a bookmark. If you run into this problem, you can easily fix it by going to the start of the fill-in and Insert|Bookmark. That will then create a bookmark for the fill-in.
